4. PAYMENT TERMS

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled visit.
Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
Weather delays may result in rescheduling and are not grounds for refunds.
6. REFUNDS
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds are not issued for:
Completed labor
Installed materials
Weather issues
Customer dissatisfaction not caused by negligence
7. ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Enter your property for agreed services
Use water/power if required
Remove debris and materials
You are responsible for marking hazards and underground utilities.
8. WARRANTIES
We provide limited workmanship warranties where applicable.
We do not guarantee:
Plant survival
Weather-related damage
Growth rates
Results beyond our control
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials when provided.
9. LIABILITY LIMITATION
We are not responsible for:
Underground damage not disclosed
Pre-existing property issues
Weather damage
Delays caused by third-party suppliers
Injury due to unsafe property conditions
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10. TERMINATION
